Deryl Bell, President Retires

After 42 years of leadership with Carotek, Deryl Bell has made the decision to step down and enjoy retirement from the business with his family. Deryl started with the company when there were 32 employees and has been instrumental in the growth - to where we are today with 171 employees. Deryl’s leadership will be missed and we all wish him the best in retirement.

Stephen Bell Promoted to President

Stephen Bell has been promoted to President effective January 1st, 2022. Stephen has 33 years with Carotek, most recently as Vice President – Mechanical Products and Process Skid Integration. He started as a territory sales rep for various product lines, and has spearheaded the growth of several key groups within the company during his tenure. Stephen's experience across all of the products within Carotek well equips him for his new role as President. Stephen will focus on continued growth and key strategic initiatives as we strive to be a “Best in Class” process solutions provider for our customers, principals and associates.

Dave Webster Promoted to VP Sales - Process Automation

Dave Webster has been promoted to VP of Sales - Process Automation effective December 1st, 2022. In his new role, Dave will be responsible for the strategic sales and growth of all Process Automation products across the Carotek (5) state region, including NC, SC, VA, TN and GA. Dave will work with our branch managers, David Goodwin and Craig Parker, to drive the sales and customer service of Process Automation products and solutions in a unified, corporate direction across all geographic territories and industry markets. Dave has been with Carotek for 22 years and has excelled in the growth of our Process Automation business. His leadership in this new role will benefit our customers, principals and associates.
