Blacoh SENTINEL Diaphragm Seals

SENTINEL Diaphragm Seals (also known as gauge guards) protect and isolate system instrumentation from hazardous and corrosive process fluids. These seals accurately transfer process pressure without direct contact with process fluids, and prevent erratic surges and clogging due to solids in process fluids.

Blacoh SENTINEL Diaphragm Seals are easily installed, available in a variety of chemically resistant materials, and work in both pressure and vacuum conditions. SENTINEL Diaphragm Seal housings are unconditionally guaranteed for life not to fail.

Blacoh SENTINEL Back Pressure Valves

Blacoh SENTINEL diaphragm back pressure valves, designed for municipal and industrial applications, are used to apply a continuous back pressure to the system pump, while also acting as an anti-syphon valve.

These reliable, low-cost valves apply positive discharge pressure to a metering pump system, which prevents siphoning and stabilizes varying dosage rates that result from fluctuating downstream pressure.

Blacoh SENTINEL Pressure Relief Valves

Blacoh Diaphragm pressure relief valves, designed for municipal and industrial applications, protect pumping systems from over pressure damage caused by defective equipment or blockage in the pump system line. These reliable, low cost, diaphragm pressure relief valves operate when the pressure in the pumping system exceeds the preset pressure of the valve.

Blacoh SENTINEL Calibration Columns

Blacoh SENTINEL graduated Calibration Columns or Cylinders offer an easy way to verify the accuracy of the feed pump flow rate for chemical metering pumps. Calibration columns are most often used to measure the flow rate either at start-up or following maintenance. They are offered in clear PVC or Borosilicate glass, with maximum cylinder pressure 15 psi.

Blacoh SENTINEL Injection Quills

Blacoh SENTINEL Injection Quills safely deliver chemicals into pipelines, and can be used as an in-line check valve. The end of the specialized quill ensures that chemicals are dispersed away from the pipe wall. A spring-loaded check valve prevents backflow from the pressurized pipe if there is a break in the discharge piping.
