Flowserve Valtek Mark Series control valves offer superior performance in liquid and gaseous services, while allowing easy, fast and inexpensive maintenance. The spring-cylinder-actuated valves provide high-positioning accuracy, repeatability, controlled high speed, reliable response and exceptionally tight shutoff. A self-aligning seat ring enhances the shutoff capability of the Mark Series valve. Additionally, due to the Mark Series valve’s high degree of parts interchangeability, fewer inventory parts are required. The valve actuators are capable of handling up to 150 psig (10.3 barg) supply air and have the thrust to shut off against high-fluid pressures. The actuators are lighter, smaller and easier to handle than comparable diaphragm actuators.
The Valtek Mark 100 is a large control valve designed to meet the needs of large applications. The Flowserve Mark 100 globe control offers the highest flow capacity, as well as fast, easy maintenance in both gas and liquid control. The Mark 100 also has longer stroke lengths, providing finer control and resulting in superior process control in smaller valve sizes.
The Mark 200 is one of the most dynamic Flowserve control valve offerings. Designed to accommodate a broad spectrum of trim options, the Mark 200 provides increased control and protection while significantly reducing noise and cavitation.
The Mark Eight features a unique Y-style globe body that provides higher flow capacities and less process turbulence than conventional globe valves.
The Valtek Mark One globe control valve offers superior performance in liquid and gaseous services, while also permitting easy, fast and inexpensive maintenance. The spring-cylinder actuated Mark One valve provides stiffness and maintains high positioning accuracy, repeatability, controlled high speed, and faithful response.
The Mark One-X offers a cost-effective means of installing a small valve in a much larger line without line reducers or expanders. It is identical to a standard Mark One except for its body, which has expanded outlets.
A three-way version of the Mark One, this valve is used for combining or diverting service. Like the Mark One, it offers superior performance in liquid and gaseous services in simple, rugged design.
Fabricated from bar stock, the Mark Two is an extremely versatile automatic control valve. It is available in many different configurations with short lead times, even in high-pressure classes or special alloys.
