TESH™ constant watt heat tracing is designed for long circuit lengths beyond parallel resistance limits and high-temperature exposures, including steam purging. It uses MIQ mineral insulated cable with Alloy 825, a high nickel/chromium material with excellent high-temperature performance and corrosion resistance.
The series circuitry delivers consistent watt-per-metre output with no voltage drop along the entire length. A glass-ceramic tape layer and fluoropolymer overjacket add protection and chemical resistance while maintaining flexibility. TESH is approved for ordinary areas and ATEX Categories 2 and 3 classified areas.
