The HT Hopper Heating Module is a rugged, self-contained surface heater engineered for hopper and chute heating in high-vibration environments. Designed by Thermon, it delivers even heat distribution with outputs up to 4,650 W/m² (3 W/in²) for reliable material flow.
A parallel INCONEL® heating element design eliminates burnout risks common in series heaters, while an insulated cushion layer protects against vibration and efficiently directs heat to the surface.
