Flotronic is the easiest pump on the market to disassemble and reassemble - making stripping and cleaning pumps quick and simple.Flotronic contains 60% less product in the wetted portion of the pump, which is directly measurable in savings on expensive product such as cosmetic and creams.Flotronic completely self-drains without solenoid or magnetic intervention – a great advantage especially in the cleaning process.Flotronic can even reinforce the diaphragms, which means we can take unsupported head of up to the pump rating.Flotronic can be included in CIP loops (no other AODD can). Flotronic pumps are certified to both 3A and EHEDG.Each pump has an individual serial number which can be tied to certification including material trace, FDA, USP class VI, Atex and many more. Flotronic handles high viscosities up to 100,000cp.
