Madison Point Level Industrial Sensors

Madison’s rugged liquid level sensors are able to detect accurate fluid levels in a variety of applications, even for sensitive applications involving semi-solid, corrosive, or caustic liquids and other unique challenges. Madison sensors and switches are suitable for safety-critical systems, and carry multiple 3rd-party certifications, including UL, UL Haz Loc (explosion-proof), CSA, and NSF.

Madison sensors are used wherever critical fluid levels require monitoring, including fluid waste containers, sterilization tanks, ventilators, high flow respirators, parts washers, and chemical dosing equipment.

Single Point Level Float Switches

Single Point Level float switches are available in multiple materials – brass, stainless steel, and plastics including CPVC, Kynar, PBT, Polypropylene, PVC and Teflon. Sizes range from subminiature to full size, with models available for high temperature, high pressure, and high- and low-level measurement. Some models are adjustable or feature a slosh shield.

Madison's Conductivity Sensors have no moving parts, so they are suitable for semi-solid liquids, slurries, and heavy-bodied liquids, and water-based liquids that would cause a typical float switch to stick or not operate.

Madison Single Point Optical Sensors are accurate and repeatable switched output detectors with no moving parts and minimal fluid contact, plus a compact design that allows for mounting in tight spaces.

Single Point Tilt Float Switches provide single point detection in larger tanks or ponds when the unit cannot be rigidly mounted.

Multi Point Level Sensors

Madison multi point level sensors are available in full size and miniature size, and can be custom configured. These versatile sensors detect multiple levels on a single stem, with user selectable mounting. Available materials include:

  • 316 Stainless Steel
  • Polypropylene
  • Buna-N
  • Polypropylene
  • PVC

Optional slosh shields and other features can be incorporated.
