Lobe & Circumferential Piston Pumps

Rotary Lobe Pumps

Carotek offers Wrightflow rotary lobe pumps with non-contacting lobes and large chambers that are able to handle large particles without damage to the pump. Their CIP and SIP capabilities are of the highest standards in the industry. Wright Flow's state-of-the-art technology sets the standard for high viscosity applications, in line sterilization and simple maintenance. Wrightflow’s rotary lobe product lines include:

  • Rotary Lobe PumpsSteriLobe - Designed for pharmaceutical applications. Features pulse free flow, is self draining, and made from 316L stainless steel. Robust modular design with "front loading seals" and CIP makes this a completely new concept
  • Rotary Lobe PumpsClassic + MultiPump - Economical, low sheer action, and has dry running capabilities. Tri-lobe and multi-lobe options in Stainless steel
  • Rotary Lobe PumpsConceptSQ - Ranks #1 in hygiene. This low pulsing pump is ideal for critical hygienic applications with CIP and SIP certifications. Maximum process control & ultra gentle product handling

Revolution - Hybrid Lobe and Circumferential Piston Pumps

Carotek offers Wrightflow's first hybrid circumferential piston lobe pump with CIP capabilities making it perfect for sanitary processes.

Revolution

  • First true CIP (Clean in Place) hybrid circumferential lobe pump with front loading seals
  • Innovative front cover design eliminates dead zones
  • Both low & high viscosity applications realize improved volumetric efficiency
  • Long-life durability from heavy duty shafts & gearcase
  • Easy access shimming for setting rotor clearance
    • Scope includes:
    • Pressure up to 450 PSI
    • Temperature up to 300 degrees F
    • Viscosity up to 2,000,000 SSU
    • Capacity up to 836 USGPM

Circumferential Piston Pumps Circumferential Piston Pumps

Circumferential Piston Lobe Pumps

Over many decades, Wrightflow Technologies has offered a proven reliable positive displacement circumferential piston pump. For outstanding performance, try theTRA10 for strip cleaning or the TRA20 for critical hygienic processes. Both the TRA10 and TRA20 circumferential designs have interchangeable parts compatible with Waukesha pumps making upgrading easy and cost effective.

TRA10

  • Circumferential Piston PumpsIdeal for strip-clean applications; a drudge workhorse with CIP technology
  • One-piece stainless steel shafts instead of welded bi-metal
  • Scope:
    • Capacity Range: 0.1 to 450 gpm (0.02 to 102 m³/hr)
    • Pressure Range: to 200 PSI/14 Bar *Model 0450 to 400 PSI/27 Bar
    • Temperature Range: -40°F to +300°F (-40°C to +150°C) Viscosity Range: 28 to 910,000 SSU (1 to 200,000 cPs)
    • Viscosity Range: 28 to 910,000 SSU (1 to 200,000 cPs)

TRA20

  • Circumferential Piston PumpsDesigned for high hygiene applications. This pump is a reliable positive displacement pump cast from 316L
  • Uses O-ring sealed rotors and rotor retainers
  • Offers an optional Clean-In-Place design with internal porting to allow vigorous flushing through all internal chambers
  • TRA20 series pumps also allow higher pressure capabilities than TRA10 series
  • Scope:
    • Capacity Range: 0.1 to 310 gpm (0.02 to 70.4 m3/hr)
    • Pressure Range: to 500 PSI/34 Bar
    • Viscosity Range: 28 to 910,000 SSU (1 to 200,000 cSt)

CIP Centrifugal Pumps

Carotek features Wrightflow stainless steel, ultra hygienic centrifugal pumps in two designs; the TRA 400 and TRA 500. These pumps are perfect for the food, beverage, and dairy, and pharmaceutical industries in applications where low ferrite content and critical hygiene are paramount. They are often used in applications with soft solids or shear liquids.

TRA 400

  • PumpsDesigned for high purity transfer applications featuring WFI (Water For Injection) for pharmaceutical applications
  • High end ultra hygienic centrifugal pump machined from forged, solid bar and plate 316L stainless steel for the ultimate in integrity and low ferrite content
